This Privacy Policy explains how Archer (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our multi-brand content publishing and analytics platform (the “Service”).

Information We Collect

  • Account information — your email address and authentication details, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).
  • Connected platform credentials — OAuth access and refresh tokens for the social platforms you choose to connect, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, and YouTube.
  • Content — the videos, captions, and other media you upload or schedule for publishing.
  • Analytics — engagement and performance metrics we fetch from the connected platforms on your behalf.

How We Use Information

We use this information solely to operate the Service: to publish content to the platforms you authorize, to display analytics and insights, and to maintain and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

TikTok Data

Archer accesses TikTok exclusively through TikTok’s official API, using the video.publish and video.uploadscopes, and only to publish videos that you initiate. We do not sell TikTok data, and our access to and use of TikTok information complies with TikTok’s developer terms and policies. You can revoke Archer’s access at any time from your TikTok account settings.

Data Storage

Account data, credentials, and analytics are stored in our database (Supabase). Video files transit object storage (Cloudflare R2 and Supabase Storage) as part of the publishing process.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with the third-party platforms you explicitly authorize, and only as needed to publish content or retrieve analytics on your behalf.

Data Retention & Deletion

You may disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes the associated stored tokens. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at archer-app-support@ericdiaz.io.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
