By accessing or using Archer (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Archer is a multi-brand content publishing and analytics platform that lets you schedule, publish, and analyze short-form video and other content across connected social platforms — including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, and YouTube — from a single dashboard.

3. User Accounts & Connected Platforms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. To publish or retrieve analytics, you authorize Archer to connect to third-party social platforms on your behalf via their official APIs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you publish and that your use complies with each connected platform’s terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to violate the terms or policies of any connected platform, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as TikTok and the others listed above. Your use of those platforms through Archer is also governed by their respective terms of service and policies. Archer is not responsible for the availability, behavior, or policies of any third-party platform.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
